Heyy thanks yo!
I work in Procreate and use Robert Marzullo's free Comic inking brush set. The paper texture overlay is from a MaxPack paper texture set that I bought for Procreate, with the layer set to multiply. Then I duplicate that multiply layer and add the halftone effect!
